Chris began his career in 1985 in the New York City Metropolitan area in the property maintenance and management field providing janitorial and related facility services mainly to office complexes in the NYC / Northern NJ area. After relocating to New Hampshire in 1995, Chris obtained his real estate license and worked in the Commercial Real Estate field in Southern New Hampshire.
He expanded his property maintenance/management company and in this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations of office, industrial and retail properties located throughout Southern New Hampshire. Services include; interior janitorial services, construction clean-up, as well as exterior maintenance such as landscaping, snow plowing, and parking lot sweeping.
Chris acts as a liaison between owners, tenants and vendors. He understands the power and importance of relationships and has cultivated a network of key relationships throughout Southern New Hampshire. A good part of his business comes from managing and overseeing properties whose owners are located out of State. He offers his clients expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including tenant relations, lease negotiations, vendor management and he addresses issues involving asset maintenance and repairs, both preventative and emergency.
